I am proposing some set of simple data gathering experiments we can be doing in as many locations as possible, and on an on-going basis, through a network of back-yard FE'ers, much like local weather spotters or bird watchers.
Creating a network of back-yard FE'ers, who can be given simple, repeatable, and regularly measured experiments, as conditions permit, including access to a data repository for building a data set for generating FE models that can be put up against GE models. If this is already being done, I would welcome the opportunity to participate at some level with my GIS and DB administration background...if this is not being done, I would be willing to help spearhead the establishment and subsequent maintenance of such an initiative.
This is important work and the data gathers of the world tend to be part of the institution who is so set on keeping this information from getting out. Real world data collected in numerous locations on the earth would be invaluable to modeling what many have seen and observed for themselves on a small scale. It's time to get busy with the same tools used by institutions to perpetuate their proffered subterfuge, and expose their nefarious intent of obfuscating the truth.
I welcome all thoughts...
